Education Consultant | Executive Coach

I’m an Education Consultant and Executive Coach, supporting schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and senior leaders to navigate complex challenges, strengthen leadership and deliver meaningful improvement.

With 25 years’ experience in education, including seven years as a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher and five years in Trust leadership as Director of Education and CEO, I bring strategic insight, deep technical expertise and an understanding of the complexities of leadership.

Through Coach for Clarity, I provide education consultancy and executive coaching to a focused portfolio of schools, Trusts and senior leaders nationally. Alongside this work, I remain a serving Ofsted Inspector, Lead MAT Reviewer with Challenge Partners, and Trustee and Chair of the Education Committee at a Multi-Academy Trust.

My approach combines professional rigour, independent judgement and trusted partnership. I prioritise engagements where my experience can make a meaningful difference.
